Shipping & Pre-Order Policy — Visionary Flame

Order Processing & Delivery Time



  • All orders are processed within 3–4 business days.
  • Once shipped, please allow 3–5 business days for U.S. delivery and 7–21 business days for international orders.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after it’s scanned by the carrier.

Pre-Orders

If you are placing a pre-order, please note:


  • Pre-order items will ship once production is complete, typically within 3–4 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship once all items are available.

Important Notes



  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds or cancellations are accepted once an order is placed.
  • Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before purchasing.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Visionary Flame is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier has marked your package as “delivered.”


If your tracking says delivered but you didn’t receive the package, please:


  • Check with your neighbors or local post office
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

We are unable to reship or refund items once they are confirmed delivered.
